#CPMKills : Rashtrapati ji, Speak also for 'Freedom to Live' in Kerala
Source : News Bharati English  Date : 03-Mar-2017

Dear Pranab da,

The expectations raised by your yesterday’s speech advocating the freedom of free speech and abolishing the 'intolerance'. While delivering the 6th K.S. Rajamony Memorial Lecture on the topic ‘[email protected]’ on Thursday, Sir, you stringently said that there should be no room in India for the intolerant Indian.

You were referring to the 'violence' in Delhi University’s Ramjas College; you said “India has been since ancient times a bastion of free thought, speech and expression. Our society has always been characterised by the open contestation of diverse schools of thought and debate as well as discussion. Freedom of speech and expression is one of the most important fundamental rights guaranteed by our Constitution.” “There must be space for legitimate criticism and dissent but no room for the intolerant Indian,” you added.

Sir, Your thoughts and views advocating the free speech, shunning intolerance and upholding fundamental rights guaranteed by our Constitution, have raised expectations about you.

Right to Life

Dear President Sir, 'Right to Life and Personal Liberty' is one of the fundamental rights of any human being or citizen of the state.

Article 21 reads as: “No person shall be deprived of his life or personal liberty except according to a procedure established by law.”

According to Bhagwati, J., Article 21 “embodies a constitutional value of supreme importance in a democratic society.” Iyer, J., has characterized Article 21 as “the procedural magna carta protective of life and liberty.

This right has been held to be the heart of the Constitution, the most organic and progressive provision in our living constitution, the foundation of our laws.

Article 21 can only be claimed when a person is deprived of his “life” or “personal liberty” by the “State” as defined in Article 12. Violation of the right by private individuals is not within the preview of Article 21.

While you were talking about Intolerance and freedom of speech….

Rashtrapati ji, While you were delivering the 6th K.S. Rajamony Memorial Lecture in Kochi on Thursday, and talking about Intolerance and freedom of speech, some CPM goons were planning an attack- a bomb blast at RSS office in Kallachi near Nadapuram, in Kerala.

Ironically, while speaking about the Intolerance and talking about free speech and rights etc, you were accompanied by the person who is now the Chief Minister of Kerala but who also has a criminal track record for killing his political opponent. CM Vijayan Pinarayi who was sitting next to you was Accused No 1 in the murder case of RSS worker Vadikkal Ramakrishna.

It was a gloomy side of Democracy to see the President Of India was sitting next to a violator of Human Rights and the President was preaching the importance of fundamental rights to the nation.

Murdering political opponents, a hobby for Leftists

Sir, ever since the CPI (M) Government led by CM Vijayan Pinarayi has come to power in Kerala, 12 activists of RSS were murdered by the Party activists. Killing political opponents is the hobby for the Communist Marxist regimes. Your own home state West Bengal is a classic example of Communist rule where there was no concept of 'Freedom of speech and expression'. Similarly, in Kerala, the Communist Party (Marxists) has become Communist Party (Murderers) and the victim is a common cadre of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and the BJP.

Since the LDF Govt assumed power in last March 2016, the communist violence is at its peak. So far, 12 RSS Swayamsevaks and a woman named Vimala are killed in different incidents since last March 2016. Even at the own constituency of Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, there were 3 murders and more than 100 violence incidents occurred by CPM workers in a year.

In 2014, Congress MLA Abdullakutty, who was earlier with CPM, had revealed that in 2008 then CPM State Secretary and now Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan had asked his party workers to follow the Bengal communist style of killings opponents – ‘bury their bodies in a deep pit along with a sack of salt. The world never comes to know about the blood, photographs or the news about such killings'.

The first victim of communist violence was RSS worker Vadikkal Ramakrishnan of Thalassery Shakha in Kannur district. A tailor by profession Ramakrishnan was barbarically murdered in broad daylight on 28 April 1969. This was the first brutal attack on RSS worker just for his views were differed than the Communists. Since then nearly 280 murders of RSS Swayamsevaks took place in Kerala due to the communist violence. In Kannur district alone 87 such killings occurred.

This repetitive violent, inhumane atrocities and killing of ideological opponents has deeply disturbed the socio-democratic structure of Kerala.

Communist ideology teaches to kill opponents

Notably Sir, 'killing political or ideological opponent' is in Communist Bible. The Communist ideology has birthed deadliest dictator in the history of mankind. The founding father of communists “Karl Marx” states in The Communist Manifesto that “You must, therefore, confess that by "individual" you mean no other person than the bourgeois, than the middle-class owner of property. This person must indeed, be swept out of the way, and made impossible."

See: Communist Manifesto

Similarly, The Communist Manifesto ends with the following sentences “The Communists disdain to conceal their views and aims. They openly declare that their ends can be attained only by the forcible overthrow of all existing social conditions. Let the ruling classes tremble at a Communist revolution.”

Sir, "The Black Book of Communism: Crimes, Terror, Repression" is a book published in 1997 and edited by Stéphane Courtois. This book includes documentations of the history of repressions, both political and civilian, by Communist states, including genocides, extrajudicial executions, deportations, and artificial famines. The book says that the Communist regimes have killed "approximately 100 million people in contrast to the approximately 25 million victims of the Nazis". Shocking, isn't its?

Let's see which Communist leader killed how many

How many people were killed by Mao (The grandpa of Indian Maoists?)

Mao Zedong, the founder of the People's Republic of China, qualifies as the greatest mass murderer in world history. Mao's Great Leap Forward 'killed 45 million in four years'.

How many people were killed by Stalin (The great hero of Indian Communists?)

Iosif G. Dyadkin, the author of the book 'Unnatural deaths in the USSR, 1928-1954' says that the USSR suffered 56 to 62 million "unnatural deaths” with 34 to 49 million directly linked to Stalin.

How many were killed by Lenin (The charming prince of Socialists in India, whom he inspired for beard and killing opponents)

Vladimir Lenin was the founder of the Russian Communist Party, leader of the Bolshevik Revolution and architect and first head of the Soviet state. Taking the name of the common man, Lenin killed 4 million people - men, women and little children. He is supposed as the 5th greatest murderer of the 20th century (after Stalin, Mao, Hitler and Chiang Kai-shek).

In India, Kannur, India's political murder capital

Kannur District which is considered by the communist as the birthplace of the communist party in India is the stronghold of CPI(M). Cadres from the communist party, who were disillusioned with communism, started joining RSS.

The Communist party which claimed that they stand for working class were not able to prevent the working class from joining RSS. As usual, they started using force to prevent the growing influence of RSS. The first victim was Vadikkal Ramakrishnan, brutally murdered in broad daylight on 28.04.1969 while he was working from his small tailoring shop.

Notably, the accused No.1, in that case, was none other than the present Chief Minister of Kerala, Pinarayi Vijayan and the accused No.2 was Raju Master who is the father-in-law of Kodiyeri Balakrishnan, the present State Secretary of CPI(M). But they were able to get an acquittal from the court on the reason of benefit of the doubt because of the poor investigation of the case conducted by the local police.

After this, the CPI(M) started killing Sangh-BJP workers one after another which included Panniyannur Chandran, Kannur District secretary of BJP and Sri.K.T.Jayakrishnan master, Vice president of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, Kerala sate unit. Panniyannoor Chandran was killed by throwing a bomb on his Motorbike while returning home along with his wife. Jayakrishnan Master was brutally murdered in front of his primary school students in the classroom where he was teaching his students.

Dear Rashtrapati Ji,

Till date, 82 RSS workers are murdered in Kannur district alone by the Communists.

The current scenario in Kerala under Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan is very grave. Vijayan was the ‘first accused’ in the first murder case of the Swayamsevak Radhakrishnan. Under his leadership, the Communists are on a spree of Killing and attacking their political opponents taking full advantage of their rule.

The CPI(M) criminals started killing Sangh workers targeting them one by one.

C.K.Ramachandran, who was a Bharatiya Majdur Sangh functionary, an auto driver of Payyannur in Kannur was killed inside his house on 11 July 2016 in the presence of his wife and children.

Vineesh, a swayamsevak of Thillankery Panchayat in Kannur was killed on his way to his house after his work on On 03 September 2016.

Remith Uthaman of Pinarayi, which is the constituency of the present Chief Minister, was brutally murdered on 12 December 2016 in the broad daylight while he was on his way to buy medicine for his pregnant sister. Remith’s father Sri.Uthaman of Chavassery, a Swayamsevak and a bus driver was also killed by CPI(M) from inside the bus on 22 May 2002. Now the family of Late Uthaman has no male member in the family. This is the cruelest example of the brutality of the CPI (M) in Kannur District.

Sir, the CPM goons threaten police machinery also. Police stations are picketed if the police don't obey the diktats of CPM leaders. Chakarakal and Payyannur stations were picketed by CPM goons lead by district leaders including District Secretary P Jayarajan who is an accused in Manoj Murder case. Police officers who don’t dance to the tune of CPI(M) are replaced by those who are loyal to them.

Sir, unfortunately, the media in Kerala and the Mainstream Media, which is largely dominated by the Leftist mindset has been consistently shielding the CPM goons. For them, the RSS is a villain which works in masses and 'provokes' the leftists.

Dear Rashtrapati Ji, your taking cognisance of a small incident of college politics which involves very less violence, has raised expectations of the common citizen of India. 'Murder and Killing' of the politically opponent is definitely more heinous than the street fight in two groups of students. But here is a point. You spoke of #Intolerance when the Leftists anti-nationals were beaten. Now it's time to show an unbiased and impartial side of your personal character and Presidential ethos.

Established by the Britishers, Rashtrapati Bhavan is a golden cage Sir! We would like if you come out of that golden zingy life at Rashtrapati Bhavan and address the plight of common man. Like you speak against intolerance and vow for freedom of expression, you must condemn the killings of RSS activists in Kerala and send a stern message to all those who are colouring political canvass of Kerala with real blood of RSS activists.

Peoples' President within you... must speak now!

TEXT of the submitted to District Collector (DC) addressing to the President of India

To

Shri. Pranab Mukherjee,
Hon’ble President of Bharat
Rashtrapati Bhawan,
New Delhi

Respected Rashtrapati Mahoday,

Kindly permit us to draw your attention to the recurring assaults and gruesome murders of RSS-BJP workers and attacks on their houses by CPM workers, all over the state of Kerala and particularly in Kannur District. You may be aware that the Marxist violence in Kerala has a long and painful history. However, the incidents of violent attacks were again witnessed during the last Assembly Elections, and sadly, have increased after the LDF Government has come to power.

Houses of RSS and BJP workers at Kanjikode, of Palghat District were attacked and set on fire. Two persons including one woman (Smt. Vimaladevi) were killed due to 90 percent burns. Shri. Kannan, her husband, remains in critical condition at the hospital. This is probably the first time that even women were not spared of the riotous attacks and a woman is killed in politically motivated attacks by CPM arsonists in the state of Kerala. It is also a fact that most of the victims belong to very poor families, working class, SC and OBC communities.

Even though the RSS and BJP leaderships have repeatedly requested the Chief Minister of Kerala, who also holds the portfolio of Home Affairs, to visit Kannur and initiate a move to convene a Peace Committee Meeting to stop these politically sponsored lethal attacks in his constituency and the rest of Kannur district and other areas, he has not responded positively. We fail to understand why no steps have been taken till now.

As of now, ten RSS & BJP workers -including one woman- have been killed and many injured grievously. The situation has worsened due to the highly partisan approach by the concerned police officers. Ironically, many RSS-BJP workers and innocent citizens have been arrested and cases filed on them for approaching the police to file complaints against the hooligans.

There are also reports that the police personnel have been attacked on many occasions by CPM workers when the police take strong steps against the culprits and CPM ruffians. The incident of attacking the police station in Ponkunnam is a case in point that has greatly demoralised the police force.

It is the paramount duty of the state to provide safety and security to the people of the state without discrimination by the law enforcing authorities and the police act impartially while maintaining law and order.

We humbly appeal to your kind self to use your good offices immediately in order to stop these political attacks and establish peace and amity. We have also requested the Kerala Government to this effect and to take necessary steps to announce rehabilitation package and compensation to the family members of the victims and also to the injured.

In order to create public awareness about the said heinous violence and to demand proper action from the Kerala Govt, we have today organised a demonstration and public meeting in our city/town.

It is really a sad thing in a democracy to lose precious lives of young and working men because of political animosity which turns to violence. We once again appeal to you to take necessary steps to establish peace so that the situation does not deteriorate further and the state remains really a god’s own land.

We remain, in anticipation,

Yours sincerely,

for
