Severe weather warning by IMD for the next 3 days

New Delhi, April 22: As the weather changes in the Indian sub-continent, parts of the regional states suffer weird weather trauma; sometimes extreme heat in Maharashtra and extreme rains, like in Odisha.

Indian Meteorological Department has issued severe weather warning for the next 4 days as below:

22 April 

1.       Thunderstorm accompanied with squall and hail very likely at a few places over Jammu & Kashmir; at isolated places over Himachal Pradesh, Bihar and West Bengal & Sikkim.

2.       Thunderstorm accompanied with squall very likely at isolated places over Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh & Delhi, Uttar Pradesh.

3.       Heat wave conditions very likely at isolated places over West Rajasthan, Jharkhand and interior Odisha.

4.        Heavy to very heavy rain very likely at isolated places over Assam & Meghalaya and Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura.

 

23 April 

1.       Thunderstorm accompanied with squall and hail very likely at isolated places over Sub­ Himalayan West Bengal & Sikkim.

2.       Thunderstorm accompanied with squall very likely at isolated places over Jammu & Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh.

3.       Heavy to very heavy rain very likely at a few places with extremely heavy fall at isolated places over Assam & Meghalaya. Heavy rain very likely at isolated places over Arunachal Pradesh and Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura.

Heavy rain very likely at isolated places over Arunachal Pradesh and Assam & Meghalaya.
