Raipur, April 4: Chattisgarh Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh said that only the community that is educated and organized marches ahead on the path of progress and lead the other communities. While addressing the convention of Adivasi Nagarchi Gondwana Samaj held in Bhairavnagar Singh also mentioned about Education, Food and Nutrition Security Scheme, Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana, and Prime Minister Housing Scheme.
The Chief Minister appealed people of the community to pay attention towards education of girls. He said that under Chief Minister Health Insurance Scheme, beneficiaries will be able to avail free medical treatment of up to Rs 50 thousand in a period of one year in authorized government and private hospitals. Chief Minister appealed people of the community to get their smart cards issued. Chief Minister and other guests of the occasion felicitated the talented students of the community.
The programme was presided over by Forest Minister Mahesh Gagda, while Agriculture and Water Resource Minister Mr. Brijmohan Agrawal was present as special guest of the occasion. He said in his address that Nagarchi community is the part of tribal section of society, who have protected and preserved the tribal culture since thousands of years. Tribal community is the community that protects forests and wildlife.
Meanwhile, Agriculture Minister Brijmohan Agrawal also addressed the programme. Regional Head of the community Rupendra Kumar Nagarchi delivered the welcome speech.
