Amaravathi , April 6 : Condemning the behaviour of Shiv Sena MPs including Union Minister Anant Geete over the issue of travel ban on Shiv sena MP Ravindra Gaikwad, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu said that the unruly behaviour of Shiv sena towards the Aviation Minister is highly objectionable.
Reacting through social networking site twitter Naid said, “It is unfortunate to witness some MPs’ unruly behaviour towards Aviation Minister @Ashok_Gajapathi. Strongly condemn such behaviour”. He further mentioned that such behaviour of MPs in Parliament was not good for democracy.
The incident took place when members of Shiv Sena surrounded Aviation Minister Raju demanding stern action against Air India officials along with the revocation of flying ban on party MP Ravindra Gaikwad.
Ashok Gajapati Raju is a senior leader from Telugu Desam Party who is holding the charge of Civil Aviation Ministry in the BJP-led NDA government. He represents Vizianagaram constituency in Andhra Pradesh.
Reiterating the stand of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu State IT and Panchayat Raj Minister Nara Lokesh also criticised the behaviour of the Shiv Sena members.
