Myanmar raised the curtain of International Yoga day celebration with quiz contests

Yangon, June 21: The aroma of a flower can never be bound in a certain place. It gets spread through the air. Like that, the power of yoga is now not only cherished by India but in every country also. The neighboring country of India, Myanmar is also observing 3rd International yoga day. They opened the celebration with a quiz contest. Next Sunday, Yangon, the capital of Myanmar will observe the day vividly.

“This year we are doing a number of activities all across Myanmar in different cities in Yangon, in Mandalay, in Sittway, in Mawlamyine, and also in the township of Kyauktada and ... It is our intention not just to celebrate the international yoga day but organize activities around this such as quiz contest on yoga on Naturopathy and on other issues connected to these subjects.” , Indian Ambassador H.E. Vikram Misri said in a statement.

In the above-mentioned contest, 12 participants came forward to examine their knowledge in Yoga. Su Mon won the contest. According to her, Yoga is not only doing exercise. The perfect yoga activity is the combination of body and mind. Yoga freshens and helps to attain mind and body.
