New Delhi, June 21: To heal the mental unrest, Yoga’s contribution is unremarkable. We complain that we face stress every day but the heroes who are protecting our country they spend every minute in tension, stress. Mental and physical stability of the security forces is very much needed. That is why armed security forces from all along India is celebrating International yoga day for the healing of mental stress. From the borders of the country to the mountains, water the color of celebration is prevailing everywhere.
Indian Navy is practicing special; yoga session on the board itself. Yesterday, Crew of Eastern Fleet ships started their day practicing in South Indian Ocean. INS Jalashwa and INS Kirch in the Bay of Bengal had also their on board Yoga sessions. The crew of very famous aircraft carrier INS Vikramaditya had a colorful Toga session on board.
In New Delhi, the Navy personnel welcomed their day with a yoga session. Admiral Sunil Lanba and the naval fraternity conducted the Navy Yog Shivir. Family members of Navy were also present in the event.
Indo-Tibetan Border Police(ITBP) secures the safety of nation in Indo-China border. At 11.6K ft in Ladakh, ITBP Personnel has performed yoga. They had the session at the bank of the Indus River. With great dedication, ITBP Jawans have practiced yoga in Himachal Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Uttarakhand. In various battalions of New Delhi ITBP, the art was practiced with great vigor.
On International yoga day, Border security forces of India have rededicated themselves to the security of India with the help of yoga. One of the most challenging borders for BSF is Kashmir. The forces over there have reenergized them with yoga today. In the Chakur area of Maharashtra, a session was held for BSF. They have also performed with Isha Foundation with Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev ji.
Troops of Indian army have also celebrated international yoga day along with other security forces.
In Jammu, White Knight Corps observed the International Yoga day, today. All ranks stationed at Nagrota garrison as also along the Line of Control performed Yoga at respective unit locations under the supervision of trained Yoga instructors in the early hours. On the occasion, motivational lecture highlighting the importance of Yoga in leading a stress-free lifestyle was imparted. Lt Gen AK Sharma, General Officer Commanding, White Knight Corps also actively participated in the Yoga session.
The Central Reserve Police Force showed great enthusiasm for yoga. In Chattisgarh, Imphal, Odisha. This practice will help to keep them more fit. The body has worked as a medium for the better soul in the sessions.
