Hyderabad, July 17: In order to engage the fans with interactive stuff Actor Rana Daggubati today kick-started the promotional activity for his upcoming political drama Nene raju nene mantri which will hit the screen on August 11. Jogendra aka Rana today launched a mobile phone application based on augmented reality (AR) technology that provides an interactive platform for regular engagement. Fans of Rana and Kajal will get enthralled with the experience of augmented reality platform. The filmmakers have said it will be a thrilling experience to use AR.
According to The Indian Express, one must download ‘Appstar’ from Play Store or iOS and scan the barcode on a 3D AR motion poster of NRNM to bring the lead characters, Jogendra and Radha, alive from the posters technologically. As reported by indianexpress.com.
When asked about this innovative intervention producer and father of Rana Daggubati Suresh Babu said “This application is a nice way to introduce augmented reality to the masses. AR has a lot of benefits in education, entertainment, gaming, and marketing.” Elaborating the idea behind the adoption of augmented reality the creators of John Paoletto, Head of Design Avantari said that it will be a new experience for the movie lovers.
