Ready to watch light from the new Russian satellite, the brightest man-made object in the sky

Moscow, July 20: Russia has always amused the World with its new discoveries and innovations in the Science field. Russia has successfully launched its missile which is going to be a new source of light in the sky. The Russian Satellite is Mayak, the Russian word for "beacon," set to become the third brightest object behind only the sun and the moon. Moscow Polytechnic University has developed this satellite. This wonder will use a giant mirror to become the brightest man-made object in the sky.

An advertising company called 12 digital has crowd funded $37,700 to continue the experiment. It is now in position 600km above the Earth. According to the developers, it has successfully nestled into place. If it passes the entire test and preparation goes very well it will extend itself into a 16 square metre metallised mylar sheet. Now it currently has the size of a loaf of bread.

Before Mayak’s launch, the International Space Station was the brightest object in the sky. According to the developers, it will be dimmer than only the light of the Sun and the Moon. To make this dream reality, space enthusiasts donated without hesitation. After the successful launch, the enthusiasts are already pleased with the successful launch.

As per information, it is not going to give us light forever. The developers are expecting it to stay in orbit for just a month before burning up.
