Patna, July 31: RJD has again received a reward for its corrupted politics. RJD legislator Saroj Yadav filed a petition against the formation of JD (U)-BJP in Patna High Court. Nitish Kumar led NDA alliance government already won floor test in Bihar assembly. Still, RJD was constantly shouting over the justification of new Nitish Government. This has come as a big blow for RJD.

After Nitish Kumar left the grand alliance due to corruption charges against Lalu Prasad Yadav’s son Tejashwi, he again took oath as Chief Minister of Bihar with support from BJP. RJD claimed Bihar people gave the mandate in favor of RJD JD (U) Congress alliance. Now Nitish Kumar cannot use that mandate for his political will.

On Monday Patna High Court dismissed the plea. The division bench told the floor is the best place to decide such things.A division bench of chief justice Rajendra Menon and justice Anil Kumar Upadhyay said that when Nitish Kumar already proved his majority in the floor test then there is no need for court intervention. The petition has been termed as "frivolous" by advocate general Lalit Kishore.

In a press conference in Patna, Amit Shah commented on the split in the grand alliance that they have not broken any party in Bihar, it is Nitish ji who ended the alliance and resigned.

On Monday, new deputy Chief Minister of Bihar, Sushil Modi has also taken charge.
