Tokyo, August 1: China’s over activity in the East China Sea is bothering Japan for a long time. Japan has often complained about China created chaos in the region. According to local media reports, Japan has notified China its objection to China's unilateral gas development activity in disputed East China Sea gas field. Japanese Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida informed this on Tuesday.
According to Kishida's statement, The Chinese side planted a drilling ship and is carrying out some work on China's side next to the separating line.
In a press conference, Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshihide Suga that Japan wants China to stop such activity. It wants to resume stalled negotiations based on 2008 bilateral deal issued on joint gas development in the area.
The Japanese foreign Minister expressed his hostility by saying, China should "explain to its neighboring countries about its security policy with high transparency."
