Pyongyang, August 10: North Korea previously threatened US of a possible attack in the U.S. Pacific territory of Guam. Replying to North Korean threat US President Donald Trump vowed America will respond to North Korean threats with "fire & fury". North Korea repeated its threat on Thursday. The Korean People's Army said it is "seriously examining" the plan.
North Korea replied to Trump’s statement which said threats from Pyongyang would be met with "fire, fury”. "Sound dialogue is not possible with such a guy bereft of reason and only absolute force can work on him," reads the statement by General Kim Rak Gyom.
Japan also commented on North Korea’s threat. The Japanese authority said it can never tolerate provocations from North Korea. Japan cabinet secretary Yoshihide Suga also mentioned how Japan is working closely with the US. The Foreign and Defence Ministers of the countries will hold a meeting on August 17.
