Srinagar, August 11: Indian security troops including Army, Jammu and Kashmir police, CRPF and others have break the backbone of terrorism in the valley after eliminating more than 200 terrorists just within a year. The 200 terrorists killed in one year also include several bigger names including Burhan Wani, Abu Dujana, Junaid Mattoo, Bashir Lashkari, Saddam Poddar, Mohammad Yasin and few others. However, Burhan Wani’s encounter proved crucial on cracking down on militants, but next target is Zakir Musa and his group.
Notably, Indian security forces after eliminating hundreds of terrorists who belonged to Hizbul, LeT and other terror outfits are now targeting Al-Qaeda’s Zakir Musa and his aides. The Indian security forces is not only planning to target Zakir Musa group but have started hunting them. The image of Zakir Musa group was shared on Instagram by dark night soldiers with highlighting cross marks on three terrorists who are already killed.
The message from Indian security forces is very clear that they have eliminated three terrorists of Zakir Musa’s group and next others will be targeted and hunted. Interestingly, elimination of Zakir Musa and his group is must to prevail peace in Kashmir.
Who is Zakir Musa?
Recently, Al Qaeda has formally announced the establishment of a new Kashmir based terror group Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind and Burhan Wani's successor, former Hizbul Mujahiddin commander Zakir Musa has been made the head of al-Qaeda cell in the valley.
Zakir Musa who came into limelight after threatening Hurriyat leaders for calling the Kashmir issue political has made an audio message saying, "I am warning all those hypocrite Hurriyat leaders. They must not interfere in our Islamic struggle. If they do, we will cut their heads and hang them in Lal Chowk."
