Hyderabad, August 26: Nepal Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba on his five-day visit to India, on Friday, visited Hyderabad’s Infosys Campus and T-Hub- a start-up incubator of Telangana government. Commending the efforts of Telangana government Nepal Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba expressed his interests in setting up the same centre in Nepal.
PM Deuba visited T-Hub and interacted with the Telangana government officials. Ahead the team of Nepalese officials and business leaders will soon meet the State government officials to prepare a roadmap for a T-Hub- like a project in the Himalayan nation, said Telangana Principal Secretary for IT and Industries Jayesh Ranjan.
“He (Deuba) was very much impressed with the concept of T-Hub. He said his officials and delegation members will soon get in touch with us to work out a possible tie-up for replicating T-Hub concept in Nepal,” said Principal Secretary Ranjan.
T-Hub, a State government initiative for start-ups, acts as a platform for entrepreneurs, mentors, investors and academia to interact and collaborate. PM Deuba later left for the Taj Falaknuma Palace, where the state government hosted a cultural reception. He met Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Governor ESL Narasimhan, who hosted dinner in his honour.
