President Ram Nath Kovind to visit Tirumala Tirupati devasthanam

Amaravati, Aug 30: President Ram Nath Kovind is all set for his two-day visit to Andhra Pradesh which will begin from September 1. According to state officials, on the first day, President Kovind will arrive in Tirupati at 3 pm. He is also scheduled to visit Tiruchanoor to worship Goddess Padmavati.

The President will attend the inaugural function of the Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences followed by the civic reception hosted by the state government. Kovind will mark his presence in the foundation stone laying function of B R Ambedkar Skill Training Academy.

On September 2, President Ram Nath Kovind will visit Tirumala Tirupati devasthanam to worship Lord Venkateswar Swami. On this occasion, AP Governor E S L Narasimhan and Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will remain present along with other officials. This will be the first visit of Ram Nath Kovind after assuming the office of President of India.
