Tokyo, August 9: Japan and US continue to show their unity during North Korea crisis. Japan administration recently accepted how North Korea’s missile development has become significantly increased in recent times. Japan announced of a joint drill with U.S. supersonic bombers.

The tension is rising gradually. In this situation, Japan conducted joint air drills with U.S. supersonic bombers in Japanese skies close to the Korean peninsula on Tuesday. Two U.S. Air Force B-1B Lancer bombers and two Japanese F-2 jet fighters were involved in the drill.

The situation seems to show more tension as North Korea has threatened to strike the area near a major U.S. military base. North Korea is regarding it as a “frequent visits to the sky above South Korea” by U.S. strategic bombers.

“The KPA (Korean People’s Army) Strategic Force is now carefully examining the operational plan for making an enveloping fire at the areas around Guam … in order to contain the U.S. major military bases on Guam, including the Anderson Air Force Base,” a spokesman for the military’s missile forces said.

The implementation of this North Korea planning depends on the decision of Kim Jong Un, supreme commander of the nuclear force of the DPRK.
