Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu to inaugurate MSME cluster on Vijayadasami

Vijayawada, Sept 25: On the auspicious occasion Vijayadasami Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is all set to inaugurate the newly constructed MSME industrial cluster at Veerapanenigudem near Amaravati. The first phase involves 75 units which include sectors like aerospace components, machine spares, home appliances and others. 
The project is helmed by the Andhra Pradesh Non-resident Telugu Society, a group of industrialist constituted by Chandrababu Naidu during his UK Visit of in 2016 to boost the industrial sector of Andhra Pradesh by routing global investments.


As reported by Deccan Chronicles Ravikumar Vemuru, the Chief of Non-resident Telugu Society said that the cluster will generate employment opportunities for 2,600 personnel. He further added that society will provide assistance for Smart Village Smart Ward programme for village development. The community also announced that plans are being figured out to collaborate foreign universities with educational institutions of Andhra Pradesh.

Andhra Pradesh Non-resident Telugu Society is a nodal agency of the state government which was formed in order to strengthen the industrial eco-system of Andhra Pradesh through a network of Telugu-origin entrepreneurs who are spread across the globe.
