The scams and corruption that leadership of this state hides behind the 'white kurta' and 'bank account' must come in public domain.” Further, he questioned that “why it is that people here do not get the minimum wages? The Communist government here has ruled the state for 25 years and ruined it. Scams like the 'Rose Valley' ruined the poor in Tripura. Those who looted the poor must be held accountable and punished, he informed.

People of Tripura must get the benefits of 7th Pay Commission, PM Modi said. The present government in Tripura has established an atmosphere of fear among the people who speak against them, he added.

People wear different stones for their progress and peace. But people in Tripura do not deserve any 'Manik' but a 'HIRA' - Highways, i-ways, Roadways and Airways, PM added.

Also spoke on UDAN scheme, PM Modi said that through the UDAN scheme, we are promoting air connectivity in the North East and Tripura will immensely benefit from the move.

Recalling the move of excluding ‘Bamboo’ from trees section and highlighting ‘National Bamboo Mission’ PM Modi said that Bamboo was categorized as a tree for so many years. This hampered the tribals who grow bamboo here. We changed it through the 'National Bamboo Mission' and categorized it as grass so that it can be utilized.”

Why are they not giving jobs to the state's people? Centre allocates funds for development but why is the Tripura government not utilizing it for the welfare of people? Whatever work you do in Tripura, you are pressurized to give 'Party Levy'. Such things should stop. Through these elections, I urge people to teach such people a lesson.

Further PM Modi said that Tripura needs the double engine of growth...A BJP Government in the state, as well as the BJP, led NDA Government at Centre. We want to ensure affordable and quality healthcare for all. We have announced Ayushman Bharat Yojana recently which help the poor. We want to accelerate the pace of development in Tripura. I urge the people to give the BJP a chance to serve the state.
