Hundreds of vehicles ply on the road round-the-clock and so the plot has been chosen considering that the maximum number of people can have a look at it. There are some schools in the area too and students can visit the park as well. Children play an important role in creating awareness and can inform their parents about the necessary detailed information about the safety measures.
People can go through the messages painted on the walls of the park while taking a walk and they would like to visit the place over and again as it has been beautified by carrying out landscaping. People of all ages and from all walks of life can visit it.
Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee had introduced the statewide Safe Drive Save Life campaign to check the number of road accidents in the state that claimed several lives. Though there are some recent incidents in which around 50 people were killed, the statewide campaign had helped in reducing the total number of accidents by a huge margin.

However, the Chief Minister had earlier directed the police to ensure necessary measures as most accidents take place in the winter due to heavy fog and to continue with the campaign till February 15 to make people aware about road safety.
