New Delhi, May 23: Dwelling in to lead a healthy life, it is always important to stay fit and strong. Inspiring people with the mantra of stay fit stay healthy, there have been many instances wherein the celebrities and sports fraternity have imposed major fitness goals for the masses. But have you ever seen a Union Minister drop to the grounds and do push-ups? So when Union Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore did, Twitterati noticed.

 

As a part of #HumTohHaiFit Campaign, Union Minister and Olympic medalist Rajyavardhan Rathore posted a video on the internet which swayed the layer of fitness in the air. The video posted had a message on Indians to stay fit.

In the video, Rathore urges Indians to shoot a video of their "fitness mantra" and share it. He then gets down and does 10 push-ups without breaking a sweat. He also praises Prime Minister Narendra Modi and calls him his source of inspiration for staying fit.

Rathore has challenged Virat Kohli, Hrithik Roshan, and Saina Nehwal to join in. Accepting the challenge the ace actor Hrithik Roshan posted a video on Twitter riding a cycle and emancipating the masses to stay fit and healthy. Spreading the waves of fitness other athletes also came forward accepting the challenge and giving major fitness goals.

Commonwealth gold medalist Mirabai Chanu also posted a video on Twitter noting the Union Minister Rajyavardhan Rathore and Prime Minister Narendra Modi for inspiring to be fit. She later forwarded the challenge to her friends and athletes Heena Sindhu, Manika Batra, Wrestler Sushil Kumar.

This initiative taken by Union Minister Rajyavardhan Rathore brought forward this inspiring fitness mantra which has been trending on the social media so much that even the common man has taken part in this unique challenge. Social media has gone gaga over the fitness campaign led by the minister and soon there will be many celebs and sports personalities posting the fitness mantra leading a path to make India a healthy and fit country.
