Regularise your documents to avoid legal action: Telangana Minister KT Rama Rao to Indian immigrants in UAE

Hyderabad, Aug 20: KT Rama Rao who heads the state NRI Affairs department has urged Telangana immigrants in UAE to avail the facility of ‘Amnesty-2018’ by the by the government of United Arab Emirates.

The Minister asked Indian immigrants from Telangana who are staying illegally to regularise their concern document in order to avoid legal action from UAE government.

KTR asked Indian nationals to share details with NRI affairs department who will coordinate with the officials of UAE

The government of United Arab Emirates has announced the scheme called ‘Amnesty-2018’ for illegal immigrants. The three-month programme which started on August 1, will conclude on October 31.

As quoted by Bangalore mirror, under this scheme, Indians who are staying illegally will get exit clearance with a with a two-year ban. They can re-enter the UAE after two years.

The persons, who have expired passports, have lost their passports or their passports can take the benefit of relief major announced by the UAE government.
