Vijayawada, Sept 18: In a fresh salvo at Narendra Modi government, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandra Babu Naidu accused BJP of employing divisive tactics to defame TDP. Addressing a short discussion in the state assembly, Naidu said that BJP with the help of YSR Congress party is trying to create political instability in the coastal state.

Commenting on Andhra Pradesh reorganization act, the TDP President said that center has miserably failed in fulfilling the promises during 2014 polls. He reiterated that TDP will continue to fight for the rights of Andhra.

Talking about the post-bifurcation issues between two Telugu states, Naidu highlighted that no steps have been taken to address the important subjects like division of Schedules IX and X institutions. He alleged that central forces are trying to manipulate state affairs.

On the provision in the Reorganisation Act on increasing the number of seats in the two Assemblies, the AP Chief Minister lambasted at BJP for not providing justice to the legitimate demands of Andhra and Telangana.
