New Delhi, December 20: The country is gearing up for making new reforms in laws and also adding up components in their schemes. The government has made numerous schemes for the improvement and development of the country. Likewise proper measures to bring reforms in these schemes are also done for these schemes.'Babu Jagjiwan Ram Chhattrawas Yojna (BJRCY)' is one such scheme made by the government and while making reforms one component has been added to the scheme. 'Setting up of Residential Schools for SC Girls' is the new factor included in this scheme. Vijay Sampla, State for Social Justice and Empowerment Minister stated that the Monitoring Committee is reviewing the scheme.

No fund have been precisely allocated for ‘Residential Schools for SC Girls’ for the Financial Year 2016-17 since the revision of the scheme is yet to be approved. The government is trying to provide residential houses to girls from standard VI to XII. These houses will be made in the educationally backward schools in districts of States of the Schedule Caste population. The State Government is making provisions by providing adequate land, free of cost to makes these hostels and the Central Government likewise is providing monetary help for this scheme. Moreover they are providing one year grant to the essential and recurring items like the furniture and recreational activities.
The Department of Social and Empowerment has been assigned educational, economic and social empowerment for Schedule Caste girls. The department is making every possible measure to improve provisions for girls like providing them loans, providing money for research studies specially girls of Schedule caste under the Scheduled Castes and Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
