Sushma Swaraj appeals Indian entrepreneur in Indonesia to 'Make in India'

Jakarta, January 6: "If that was the time to leave, this is the time to return back home." Sushma Swaraj has urged the India entrepreneurs in Indonesia to return back to their homeland. With changing time, the country has got immense opportunities to earn and encounter growth. With this framework, Sushma Swaraj addressed the Indian community in Jakarta. 
 
 
While addressing in the 5th Round Table Association of the South ASEAN countries, she further added enhancing the relations with the foreign counterparts and solving their issues within no time. Strengthening the relations, the country has made their bond strong with the foreign embassy and aims to move forward with the context of giving them a homely approach. The embassy follows the Indian tradition of making people feel homely in our country not allowing foreigners to feel homesick embedded ‘Indian Embassy: Home away from Home'. 
 
 

External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj inaugurated the 5th Round Table of Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) India Network of Think Tanks in Indonesia. She has urged Think Tanks to strengthen consultation and suggested ways to enhance maritime, commercial, educational and cultural cooperation.

On her first day of the visit to Indonesia, Sushma Swaraj condemned all forms of terrorism at the 5th Joint Commission meeting between the foreign ministers of the two countries. The countries also reviewed trade, energy ties, defence cooperation and people to people links during the meeting.

 

 
The External Affairs Minister said it will be an honour and prestige for India to host all 10 ASEAN leaders as the guest of honours for the Republic Day. Further she added that India will host the ASEAN-India. The commemorative summit will mark the 25 years of India-ASEAN relations.
