Gear up for 2019 polls: Amit Shah to Gujarat BJP workers

Gandhinagar, June 26: In order to repeat the performance of 2014, BJP National President Amit Shah has asked party members to gear-up for the upcoming general election. Address the two-day Chintan shibir organized by Gujarat unit of BJP, Shah chaired crucial meetings and reviewed the performance of party organization. 
 
 

Recounting the performance of Modi government at the center, Shah directed BJP works to counter the false propaganda initiated by the Congress party. The National President suggested that party workers should adopt an aggressive campaign strategy to expose the lies of the opposition members.

 

Commenting on the organizational front, the Rajya Sabha MP has asked members to strength the booth level activities. He also suggested that special efforts should be made to fine tune the presence BJP in weak pockets. Shah maintained that only strong booth-level management would help in sweeping all the Lok Sabha seats in the state. In 2014, BJP had swept Gujarat by winning all 26 segments.
