Akola, October 16: Bashing the oppositions ahead of the state assembly polls, PM Modi in Maharashtr'a Akola said that that state of Jammu and Kashmir is part of India and the naion is proud of Maharahstra's sons who sacrificed their everything for Kashmir.

"Claiming political gains, some peopel are openly saying that Article 370 has nothing to do in Maharashtra Assembly Polls and that J&K has nothing to do with Maharashtra. I want to tell such people that J&K and its people are also sons of India", he said while addressing an election rally in Akola.

"India is seeing a Digital Transformation under the BJP Govt. More than 1.25 lakh gram panchayats have been connected to the optical fiber network and Internet connections in the country stand at over 63.67 crore, a 250% rise in the last five years", he added.

The Prime Minister also said that the BJP had strived to save Rs 10,800 crore during the very first year of the DBT Implementation scheme for fertilizer subsidies transferred to farmers.
