Man of muscles! Raymond Nongkhlaw wins ‘Mr India 2019’ at National bodybuilding competition

Cochin, October 25: Meghalaya’s veteran bodybuilder and athlete Raymond Nongkhlaw today won the title of Mr India 2019 at the National bodybuilding competition 2019.

 

Raymond Nongkhlaw won the Mr, India 2019 Overall Champion (Body Building) followed by Donbor Rumnong, who won Mr India 2019 (Men’s Physique). Miss India 2019 (Bikini Model) 2nd place has been bagged by Esther Zaleen Tariang while Miss India 2019 (Fitness Mom) 2nd place won by Bicky Rose Kynta. 

In the event, Teenage Body Building (Under 18) 4th place was clinched by Pyndapbor Dkhar while Men’s Bodybuilding (Fitness) 1st place was won by Rajib Deka. 

Prosanto Basumatari won the Men’s Bodybuilding (Performance) 5th place. 

 

The event was organized by NABBA/WWF which was held at Cochin, Kerala October 20.
