Direct talk to the public: Jharkhand Chief Minister resolves nearly 92% complaints on the spot

Ranchi, October 25: Addressing the people at the direct talk program organized at the Information House, Chief Minister Raghubar Das said that through the mass media program, we got an effective platform to understand the problems of the people. Through this program, development works gained momentum, plans were implemented effectively. 92% of the problems have been executed through this program. We can solve the problems of the people, help them, this is a big achievement for us. He said that only after becoming the Chief Minister, I gave confidence of development and good governance to the people of the state. In order to fulfill that belief, on 1 May 2015, the launch of mass democracy took place, which also had a pleasant result.


 

The Chief Minister said that in 5 years, there were interactions with 17 lakh 73 thousand people through mass media. 4 lakh 15 thousand public complaints were registered, in which 92 percent of the cases were resolved until the satisfaction of the complainant. I congratulate all the departments on this. We need to give more sensitive administration. There should be synergy between governance and the public. This will be helpful in increasing the pace of development in the state through good governance.

The Chief Minister said that since the inception of the program, there was a spate of complaints of transformer malfunction or transformer failure. But the government removed the Transformer's complaint forever by its functioning. Now there is no such problem anywhere. Instructions have been given to replace the transformer within 24 hours. We worked collectively in the entire state on compassionate matters and it was also executed. The government provided jobs to many dependents.

 

Chief Minister related to the job in compassion on family pension, compensation amount, water supply, milch cattle distribution program, Jharkhand agitator pension compensation payment, stipend and certificate, road repairing, MVI claim, pending salary, honorarium payment, ex-gratia grant and dues Hearing a total of 13 cases. On this occasion, Additional Chief Secretary Sukhdev Singh, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Sunil Kumar Varnwal, Additional Secretary Avinash Kumar, Agriculture Secretary Pooja Singhal, Industries Secretary K Ravi Kumar, Secretary Panchayati Raj Praveen Toppo, including officials of various departments, officials and complainants were present.
