All's well, leads that is estimated! Governor Koshyari recommends President's rule; Cabinet convenes MH on agenda

Mumbai, November 12: Amidst political instability and rising controversies on part of establishing rule over the state of Maharashtra, Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari on Tuesday recommended the President's rule in the state, while the cabinet led by PM Modi is believed to have nodded in approval. 
 
This is probably after the tardy Shiv Sena, centre of disputes in Maharahstra, yesterday failed to claim stake to form the government in the given time. The party was give the deadline till 7:30 pm on Monday that Aditya Thackrey  failed to ensue, further demanding for extension of 48 hrs, fulfill the procedures.
 
 
Denying the same, Governor Koshyari had invited NCP to show willingness to form the government by 8.30 pm on Tuesday. With this the state citizens, baffled over the situation began buzzing about how can the Governor recommend President's Rule till the time given to NCP does not lapse?
 
Meanwhile, the Union Cabinet headed by PM Narendra Modi met and discussed Maharahstra's political problem before PM Modi's departure this afternoon for BRICS Summit in Brazil.
 
Considering the issue at large Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge said that party president Sonia Gandhi and Sharad Pawar would hold further talks and would take decision collectively. "NCP and Congress had pre-poll alliance final decision will be a collective decision. Our talks with NCP are on, and we will only move forward once discussions with them are done", he said.
 
 
Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray had made a phone call to Sonia Gandhi, who held back its support to a possible Shiv Sena-led government in Maharashtra at the last minute and declared that the party would need more discussions with the Nationalist Congress Party led by Sharad Pawar, who is seen as the alliance’s point person for an arrangement with the Sena.
 
The Sena, which is the second-largest party in the 288 member House with 56 MLAs after the BJP, has time by evening today to stake claim, form government. While the Sena has been making efforts to reach out to the NCP and the Congress, the Sharad Pawar-led party on Sunday said the Sena will have to walk out of the NDA first.
