With mantra of ‘Come, Invest in Himachal’ PM Modi woes 'Global Investors’ at Dharamshala

Dharamshala, November 7: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today reached Dharamsala to inaugurate and address Himachal Pradesh's first two-day Global Investor Summit. “Global Investor Summit in Dharamshala! It is not a fantasy, it is a reality, it is unprecedented, it is amazing. It is a statement of Himachal Pradesh, to the whole country, to the whole world, that we too are now gearing up. Today Himachal is saying- Yes, We Have Arrived” said PM Modi while addressing the event.


 

He further added that earlier this type of Investors Summits used to be in a few states of the country. There are many such partners who have seen the earlier conditions. But now the situation is changing and one witness of this is this summit happening here in Himachal.

“Today, the growth vehicle in India is running on 4 Wheels with new thinking, new approach. One Wheel Society, which is aspiring. One Wheel Government, which is Encouraging for New India. One of Wheel Industry, which is daring, and one of Wheel Knowledge, which is sharing,” said PM Modi.

He also said that in today's global scenario, if India stands strong today, it is because we have not let the fundamentals of our economy weaken. We have continued our commitment to Macro-economic and strictly followed the Fiscal Discipline.

He also added that just yesterday, we have taken another major decision keeping in mind the middle class of the country. This decision will help to fulfill the dreams of more than four and a half lakh families, their home dreams, and their unfulfilled dreams for years.

 

PM Modi asserted that we have many possibilities in every state, there are many possibilities in every district of the state, very Potential. The more the benefits of this Potential will be taken by the governments, our industry, our small scale industries, our service sector, the faster we will move forward.

“Earlier there was a Gap felt in Himachal. This Gap was Quality Infrastructure and simplification of Government processes. The Central Government has tried its best to fill this Gap with the State Government,” added Prime Minister Modi.

He said, “Himachal Pradesh is also a major force in the country's defense sector. There is no family here which is not attached to the military force. Himachal Pradesh has a great skill-set as our retired soldiers.”

At the end PM Modi said that Clarity in Himachal's community and its Potential, your capital, and its policy here, will become a medium of great change. And as you give more and more opportunities to the youth here, using their talent, these benefits will increase manifold.
