New Delhi, May 2: Terrorism is a menace killing all of the humanity, and the world now stands together to fight against it..! After the United Nations sanctioned the proposal to name Masood Azhar as a global terrorist, India expressing a sigh of relief has pledged to sue other terrorist organizations and their leaders to justice.

Welcoming merrily, the nation has marked it as a step in the right direction to demonstrate the international community’s resolve to fight against terrorism and its enablers. “We welcome the decision”, said the official spokesperson.

“This is in accordance with India’s position and in line with the information that India has shared with the members of the Sanctions Committee regarding terrorist activities of Masood Azhar and the Jaish-e-Mohammad. India will continue with its efforts through international forums to ensure that terrorist organizations and their leaders who cause harm to our citizens are brought to justice”, the statement read ahead.
Meanwhile the French diplomacy has also joyfully welcomed the decision. “This decision taken at the United Nations Security Council signals the successful realisation of our efforts. France remains mobilised at all levels and all fora to take effective measures against terrorism”, read the statement.
For many years, French diplomacy has been relentlessly pleading for sanctioning Azhar, head of the terrorist group responsible, notably, for the Pulwama attack last February. In application of its Monetary and Financial Code, France had adopted national sanctions against Masood Azhar on 15th March.
The nations openly supporting the decision be the United States, Russia, Myanmar, Thailand, Japan amongst others. China, which had blocked Pakistan-based terrorist Masood Azhar's listing as global terrorist four times, finally dropped its objections saying it found no objection after a careful study of revised materials.

This particular decision comes in the wake of the General Assembly elections in India, positively giving strength to the extant ruling reigns. “I thank the global community and all those who believe in humanitarian values for their support. India’s fight against terror will continue. We will work towards peace and brotherhood in our planet”, said PM Narendra Modi amid.
However, hours after the UN move, the Pakistan foreign office said that it will immediately enforce UN sanctions imposed on Azhar, marking a massive diplomatic win to India. “The UNSC 1267 Sanctions Committee listing is governed by clear rules and is based on strict technical criteria. All decisions of the Committee are taken through consensus”, the statement read.
