Bowing to public mandate in forming New India; PM Modi pledges to serve India with utmost dedication

New Delhi, May 23: Winning with a thumping victory in the 2019 elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) has sweeped in a 348 majority. Calling for celebration, the BJP Karyakartas chanted ‘Modi..Modi!’ as Prime Minister Narendra Modi stepped in the headquarters to address the meeting in New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said 2019 verdict will find a place in the history of all democratic nations. The result has strengthened India's democratic values and commitment.

Believing in working together, PM Modi said, “Democracy teaches us that government is formed out of majority, which we have, but country goes forward with everyone's consent. We will take everyone together and despite this mandate we will lead in a humble way.” Braving all odds and surrendering himself to work for the betterment of the public, PM Modi took an oath that he will work for the people with no ill intentions and if he goes wrong, people are free to criticize him.

Hailing the victory, PM Modi said that the 2019 elections witnessed the largest voter turnout that too in the intense heat, showing the strength of the Indian democracy. He said, “If someone has won, it's Hindustan that has won, its democracy has won. It's public that has won, & therefore, all BJP & NDA people with humility dedicate this victory to the public. I congratulate all the winners, no matter from which party or which region they contested.”

Diverting its path, the party has travelled a journey from seats to forming altogether a second term in the Parliament. The NDA allies have bowed to the people of India in gratitude for their immense support and belief in the party. Further the Prime Minister said that the country needs to keep aside the 20th century mentality of political pundits. With liberal thinking and new ideas, the country needs to excel in many fields and conquer victory in whatever they dwell in.

PM Modi has dedicated his victory to the ‘annadatas’, the farmers highlighting that they are the one who feed the country. Taking a political jibe at opposition, PM Modi said that Those who wore the mask of secularism have not been able to spread their lies among the people of the country since 2014. Talking about upscaling the economic growth with development, PM Modi said that there are only two castes now - the poor and those fighting to get the poor out of poverty.
