New Delhi, May 8: The stars are not in complete favour of Congress scion Rahul Gandhi. With each and every secret of his being exposed, the Congress chief has nothing to do but bend his knees in apology. And the law makes sure that he does apologise for the things he said to India’s Prime Minister.

Seems like humiliation and embarrassment have tightly hugged Congress scion Rahul Gandhi. After Supreme Court’s stern warning, Rahul Gandhi finally filed an affidavit tendering unconditional apology for his remark ‘Chowkidar Chor Hai’. Flipping sides as usual, first stating that the statement was in the heat of the moment, now, Congress chief says that it was non-wilful, unintentional and inadvertent.

In the affidavit that was filed today by advocate Sunil Fernandes, Rahul Gandhi has submitted, “The Deponent unconditionally apologises for the wrongful attributions to this Hon’ble Court. The Deponent further states that any such attributions were entirely unintentional, non-willful and inadvertent.”

He has stated that he holds the Supreme Court in the highest esteem and respect, and that he has never sought or intended to, directly or indirectly, commit any act that interferes with the process of administration of justice.”

As blatant as he is, Rahul Gandhi earlier had asserted that he regrets stating the term ‘Chowkidar Chor Hai’ in the heat of the moment and the on-going election campaign. Well, it seems like in the heat of the moment, Rahul Gandhi also had dragged Supreme Court in the unwanted controversy. Meenakshi Lekhi had filed the plea objecting to this statement apparently made by Gandhi: “Sarvoch Nyayalay ne kaha hai, Chowkidar chor hai” (The Supreme Court has said that the ‘Chowkidar’ is a thief). The statement was allegedly made in response to the Supreme Court’s judgment concerning the maintainability of the Rafael review case.

Not new to everyone, the entire nation knows that Rahul Gandhi misleads facts, is half informed about the whereabouts or is at times completely ignorant about things. So Sir, if you were unaware of the fact; the Supreme Court had given a clean chit to the Narendra Modi led Government in the undertaking of Rafael suit dated 14th of December,2018.
