New Delhi, June 25: Congress has again proved that it has cheap and highly disqualified DNA to even stand in Lok Sabha. It is a wonder that how come Congress won even 52 seats; like the way it behaves the next term would be a nil account for it. Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury stoked a controversy on Monday with his "naali" (drain) remark against Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the Lok Sabha.

While replying to the motion of thanks to the President’s address in the Lok Sabha, Chowdhury said there was no comparison between Indira Gandhi and Narendra Modi. He further said: "Kahan maa ganga, kahan gandi naali."

On this, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has strongly condemned this derogatory comment by Ranjan and expressed it anger saying, “The remarks made by the Congress leader in the Lok Sabha on the venerable Prime Minister are unbecoming and grossly condemnable. The Congress is consistently insulting the Prime Minister elected by 125 crore people. The people of the country are responding to this election rate. Their ego will end them.”

While saving his ship from getting sunk, Chowdhury said, “I didn't say 'naali', if PM is upset with it I'm sorry. I had no intention to hurt him. If PM is hurt I'll personally apologise to him. My hindi is not good, by 'naali' I meant channel.

Before even comparing Ganga and Gandi naali, Chowdhury should keep in mind that it was Congress who had made Political Ganga a Gandi Naali it is PM Modi and the whole NDA which is on the mode to convert the Gandi Naali into Nirmal Ganga.
