We’ll see million smiling farmers soon: By the end of November, Rs 2100 crore will be in the accounts of 35 million farmers

Ranchi, June 25: Soon we will see smiles on million farmers as the state government will give Rs. 5000 crore in 2-3 months directly into their accounts through DBT. Under the Pradhan Mantri Kishan Samman Nidhi as a token, nearly 5 lakh farmers of the state were given Rs 2,000 on Monday.

 

In the program organized at Khelgaon, Ranchi, Chief Minister Raghuvar Das said that all these funds will go into the state's rural economy and will strengthen it.

“Farmers' lives will see another high standard. The Center and the State Government are working to bring a smile on your face and double your earnings,” added CM Das

The Chief Minister told to the farmers that the way the Central Government is being given the benefit of the Pradhan Mantri Kishan Samman Nidhi, in the same way, the benefits of the Mukhya Mantri Ashirwad Yojana will be given in July. Under this scheme, farmers having one to five acres of land will get a minimum of 5 thousand and maximum 25 thousand rupees. In this way, the central and state government plans to get involved, a farmer will get a minimum of 11 thousand and maximum 31 thousand rupees for agricultural work.

 

Stating that due to lack of land records some farmers are being deprived of the benefit of the scheme, Das said that the state government has requested the Centre to amend the rule in the interest of Jharkhand, benefiting the farmers.
