New Delhi, July 1: Unfolding a huge weaved corruption scam, Bharatiya Janata Party leader and Delhi’s Party chief Manoj Tiwari has staunchly claimed that the Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy CM Manish Sisodia gave extra Rs 2000 crore for the construction of rooms in schools that could have been constructed in only Rs 892 crore.

“You cannot see such kind of misuse of taxpayers money anywhere. You can buy a flat at Rs 1500 per sq ft but the government is spending Rs 8800 per sq ft,” he said while addressing a forum on Monday.

Receiving all the details through a RTI, he said that 34 contractors were given the task including the relatives of Kejriwal and Sisodia.“Delhi government is spending Rs 24.86 lakh to construct one room of 300 sq ft”, he added further pledging that he won’t let the corrupt people loot Delhi.

Tiwari further said that the Lokpal of whom Kejriwal often talks about, was soon to have all the said details. With this, Tiwari also revealed the fact that these two aim to take advantage of the contract for the construction of rooms to relatives.
