#Chandrayaan2: International wishes add cherry to ISRO’s victory cake

New Delhi, July 23: Success of Chandrayaan 2 launch has attracted all international wishes and congratulations messages towards India. Countries like the USA, France, Germany, and Russia have congratulated India for this great success.

 

French Ambassador to India, Alexandre Ziegler, in his tweet said, “Congratulations @isro on the successful launch of #Chandrayaan2 which once again demonstrates India’s technological advancement & ambition in #space! Proud of our historic #IndoFrench space partnership @CNES. Look forward to upcoming projects, from exploration to manned-mission”

 

Also, the German Embassy in India has wished India saying, “@GermanyinIndia congratulates on the successful start of #Chandrayaan2 moon mission. India is the most valuable partner in cutting edge research in space and on our blue planet. Germany is proud to be a close partner of @isro!”

 

US Embassy in India writes saying, “Congratulations #ISRO on today’s giant leap! Next stop – the moon”

 

Russia wished India for its victory saying, “The Russian Embassy in India sends it's warmest greetings and heartfelt congratulations to #India and Indian Space Research Organisation (@isro) on the successful launch of #Chandrayaan2”

 

An engineering marvel, ISRO’s Chandrayaan-2 seeks to explore the unchartered Lunar south pole by landing a rover; was launched onboard its most powerful rocket GSLV-Mk0III-M1 from Sriharikota. Correcting the glitch in the rocket, the Rs 978 crore mission was launched at 2.43pm from the second launchpad at Satish Dhawan Space Centre.
