New Delhi, July 8: The specialty of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is that his ideas and appeals are likeable to the commonest of the common citizen of India. Conservation of ecology is not the task of a particular class or particular group of people but it needs participation of each and every person. The Prime Minister recently shared his blog on twitter which he had written in 2011 and in which he has put forth a creative and simple idea to contribute for nature conservation.

The name of the blog is ‘A Daughter, A Tree and A Teacher’. The blog talks about achieving two goals through one action. The goals are nature conservation and water conservation and the action is planting a tree with an unglazed clay pot filled with water fixed underground parallel to the routes to enable regular supply of water to the plant without wastage!

In the blog, PM also mentions a heart-touching story of a school in Saurashtra, Gujarat where a school teacher did a unique experiment. It’s a fabulous to read how a school created a lush-green garden with the help of soiled water even when there was too much scarcity of water.
“Friends, such small acts can one day sum-up into a green deed, if we make them a part of our various resolutions,” Says the Prime Minister in the blog. Read Prime Minister’s Evergreen Blog Here:
