Beware job-seekers! Indian Embassy ascertains fakeness of job advertisements by Algerian company

Algiers, August 1: Indian Embassy in Algeria has cautioned Indian nationals not to fall prey to fraudulent job offers from Algerian company Khaaliz Oil and Gas Contracting.

 

The Embassy informed that a fake company bearing the name ‘Khaaliz Oil and Gas Contracting’, Bouzareah, Algeria, with ulterior motive to earn wrongful gain and cheat the prospective job seekers is fraudulently offering jobs through various means soliciting them for jobs in oil and gas sector in Algeria. 

 

As per the field enquiries conducted to ascertain the authenticity of the company, it is revealed that no Company named ‘Khaaliz Oil and Gas Contracting’ exists in Algeria at the given address and also the contact numbers are not reachable. Similarly, no such company is registered in Algeria at the National Centre for Company Registration (CNRC), Algeria.
