New Delhi, August 14: Union Minister (I/C) for Youth Affairs & Sports Kiren Rijiju today took a tour of the NMCG office. He had an insightful interaction with the Senior Officials and other staff members.
The Minister paid tributes to hockey wizard Major Dhyan Chand. "I'm happy to see the whole Sports Academy campus becoming more clean and green," Kiren Rijiju said.
"India was the superpower of World Hockey and we have the ability to become once again! The spirit and commitment of our young players are palpable. I assured the players to provide proper platforms for them through Khelo India programme launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji," Said Kiren Rijiju in a tweet.
