Swachhta hi Seva! BJP, by launching 'seva saptah' undertakes unique way celebrate PM Modi's birthday

New Delhi, September 14: Waking ahead in the birthday celebration of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on September 17, the Bharatiya Janata Party on Saturday kicked off to observe 'seva saptah' meant service week between September 14 to 20.

 

 

During the week, a plethora of social initiatives has been planned across the nation by the saffron party's cadres. Also MHA Amit Shah and Working President J.P. Nadda, senior party leader Vijay Goel, Vijender Gupta swept the floors at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in the national capital as part of the 'seva saptah' campaign.

Explaining the schedules aligned under the campaign, Amit Shah said, "Our PM has dedicated his entire life to serve the nation & worked for the poor. So, it is appropriate that we celebrate his birthday week as seva saptah". Further he also asked the party workers to go among the poor across the country and highlight the works of the Centre

 

"If there is anybody who can solve problems faced by the poor people in the country, it is Narendra Modi. Therefore, on September 17, which is Narendra Modi's birthday, the BJP has decided to celebrate Sept 14-20 as 'seva saptah',", said BJP national general secretary Arun Singh in a statement.
