Himachal Pradesh: Now complain to Chief Minister sitting at home by dialing 1100 number; will start from Sept 16

Shimla, September 9: No need to visit the government offices now if you have any complaints, people can complain directly to the Chief Minister by dialing '1100' sitting at home. The state government is going to start 'Chief Minister Seva Sankalp Helpline'. Chief Minister Jairam Thakur will launch this service from Shimla on September 16.



 

After starting this service, people will call the call center and tell their problems and the officers will solve it. People will also be called in its followup. The complaint will be resolved within 7 days. For this, a call center has been built in the parking lot at the crossing in Shimla.

At the same time, 30 calls of people can be taken at this number. The employee sitting in the call center will note the problem. The problem will be feed into the computer. The problem of this feed will go to the concerned officer. That officer must also take timely action on this.

As soon as action is taken, the complainant will also be informed about it. Chief Minister Jairam Thakur himself will review this helpline every month.

The complaint can be made on the Chief Minister's Service Resolution Helpline service from 7 am to 10 pm. This will also ensure transparency in the work of the government. The Chief Minister has asked all departments to cooperate in making this system is started in the public interest.
