Bangalore, Sept. 9: After the launch of Chandrayaan 2 and expected soft landing of Vikram lander and resultant conditions becomes hot sensations on social media. Every Twitterati started to give an opinion on this event. #VikramLander is one of the topmost trends on this day.
But everything has a dark side, same happened with this also, the fake accounts started to give updates on the progress of Chandrayaan 2.
One of the most famous fake accounts in the name of Dr. Kailasavadivoo Sivan (along with photographs of K. Sivan) is operational and active on various social media platforms.
Taking strong steps on these fake accounts, ISRO notified, “This is to clarify that K. Sivan, Chairman, ISRO does not have any personal account on any social media platforms. Hence all the information on all such accounts are not authentic”.
