Jayatu Jayatu Bharatam! 211 singers unite encourage 'Aatma Nirbhar Bharat Abhiyan'

Mumbai, May 19: To increase the enthusiasm of the people, over 211 singers across India including Lata Mangeshkar SP Balasubramanian, Shankar Mahadevan, and Sonu Nigam along with Indian Singers' Rights Association united to encourage Aatma Nirbhar Bharat through “Jayatu Jayatu Bharatam”. The song is a tribute to uplift the spirit of the common people of India during tough times.

The song was released across over 100 platforms. The song was sung in 18 different Indian languages and dialects including Sanskrit, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Punjabi, Assamese and Bhoj.
 
This song is accompanied by Asha Bhosle. Singers like SP Balasubramaniam, Sonu Nigam, Shankar Mahadevan, Kailash Kher, Anup Jalota, Anuradha Paudwal, Kavita Krishnamurthy, Shaan join them to support them further. Every artist has recorded their part of the video from their respective homes.
 
ISRA One Nation One Voice -- Jayatu Jayatu Bharatam' incorporating different languages of the country to match up to the vastness and diversity of India. This one of its kind anthems has been beautifully composed and written by ISRA members Shankar Mahadevan and Prasoon Joshi, It is directed by Manish Bardia. The concept and execution by Shrinivas, Sonu Nigam, and Sanjay Tandon.
 
This song has also been praised by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. "This song will thrill and inspire everyone. It gives a melodious message for the 'aatma-nirbhar' (self-reliant) India," the PM tweeted while sharing the video posted by singer Lata Mangeshkar.
Veteran singer Asha Bhosle, who is also a part of the project, says, “‘Jayatu Jayatu Bharatam’ is a historic anthem, which will be released in 14 languages. It is dedicated to every person, who has shown solidarity with fellow Indians during these difficult times. The time has come to rise above all challenges and be a part of the new jagaa Hua Bharat – overcoming one of the biggest crises that humanity has faced.”
