Kashmir is Bleeding AGAIN! Terrorist kill two non-local labourers in J&K's Kulgam

The two deceased have been identified as Joginder Reshi Dev and Raja Reshi Dev, while the third victim Chunchun Reshi Dev has been admitted to GMC Anantnag for treatment after the attack.

Kulgam, October 18: The heinous attacks on the minorities have been increased in the Valley in recent days, as in yet another incident, terrorists shot dead two more non-local laborers and injured another in Kulgam district of South Kashmir.

The incident took place in the Laram Gangipora area of the Kulgam district. The two deceased have been identified as Joginder Reshi Dev and Raja Reshi Dev, while the third victim Chunchun Reshi Dev has been admitted to GMC Anantnag for treatment after the attack. Local police and security forces have cordoned off the area, the Kashmir Zone Police tweeted.
 
"Terrorists fired indiscriminately upon #NonLocal laborers at Wanpoh area of #Kulgam. In this #terror incident, 02 non-locals were killed and 01 injured," Kashmir zone Police said on its Twitter handle.\
 
 
 
This is the third attack on non-local workers in less than 24 hours. On Saturday, terrorists killed two laborers, of which Arvind Sah, was from Bihar’s Banka, and the other one, Sagir Ahmad was from Uttar Pradesh. Earlier, a gol gappa vendor from Bihar was slain by the armed miscreants.
 
In all, seven non-locals have been killed by terrorists in the past week in Kashmir. Earlier, one of the oldest shopkeepers in Srinagar, Makhan Lal Bindroo, a Kashmiri Pandit was shot dead by the terrorists in the first week of October. The continuing pattern of selective killing has resulted in widespread scare.
 
 
Following the attack, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar dialed Jammu and Kashmir LG Manoj Sinha to discuss the situation, demanding the safety of migrant workers. Kumar had announced Rs. 2 lakh ex-gratia for the kin of the deceased Raja Reshi Dev and Yoginder Reshi Dev. The Bihar CM also expressed his concern over the health of the third victim Chun Chun Rishi Dev who was injured in the accident.
 
Meanwhile, Manoj Sinha had vowed to avenge every drop of their blood by hunting down terrorists and their sympathisers. Sinha said attempts are being made to disrupt the peace and socio-economic progress of Jammu and Kashmir and the individual growth of people and reiterated the commitment to the fast-paced development of the Union territory.
