Fear looms over in J&K! Two including Sikh and Kashmiri Pandit teachers killed by terrorists in Srinagar

The victims have been identified as the principal of Boys Higher Secondary School, Satinder Kour and Deepak Chand.

Srinagar, Oct 7: Two days after three civilians including chemist Kashmiri Pandit were killed within two hours in the Valley, another heartbreaking news came from Jammu and Kashmir. Two teachers were shot dead on Thursday after unidentified men entered a school in Srinagar's historical old town Iddhah and gunned down them.

The victims have been identified as the principal of Boys Higher Secondary School, Satinder Kour and Deepak Chand. Both of them reportedly died on the spot. A police official said unknown gunmen barged into schooly and fired from a point blank at two teachers. "Both the teachers were declared brought dead at a nearby hospital," officials said.
 
 
Three civilians, including famous M.L Bindroo of the Bindroo Medicate, were shot dead on Tuesday. Around 27 civilians have been killed this year so far. A Kashmiri Pandit,  Bindroo remained in Kashmir and ran his pharmacy even at the peak of terrorism in the 1990s.

Makkhan Lal Bindroo’s young daughter Dr Shraddha Bindroo was seen talking to the media. In a brave message to the unknown terrorists who killed her father, the young woman said that stone-pelting and senseless violence is all that the terrorists are capable of.
 
"I am an associate professor, my brother is a famous diabetologist, my mother runs our shop. Our father had started from nothing, but this is what he has made us. These people (terrorists) can only kill the body, but not the spirit. They are not capable of having meaningful discussions, or a sane debate. Stone-pelting and firing bullets are all they are capable of," she told in front of the camera.

"You people have killed a body, but you cannot kill my father’s legacy and his spirit. If you think you have guts, come and sit before us and have a discussion. Here I am, my Kashmiri Pandit Hindu father’s Kashmiri Pandit Hindu daughter. Come and face me," the brave woman challenged.
