Mumbai, November 20: This April 14, 2022, 3 big films are set to clash at the box office. On Saturday (November 20), actor Aamir Khan announced that his upcoming film named Laal Singh Chaddha, will be releasing on the occasion of Baisakhi which falls on April 14, 2022.
In February 2021, Hombale Films announced that Prabhas and Shruti Hasaan’s Salaar will release on April 14, 2022. It is to be seen if one of the 3 films would back out of this Baisakhi race.
Film critic and trade analyst Sumit Kadel revealed that the clash will eat into the business of Laal Singh Chaddha. His posted, “#KGFChapter2 is the MOST HYPED & AWAITED PAN INDIA FILM OF 2022 .. If the clash wont avert then KGF will eat substantial biz of #LaalSinghChaddha in Hindi Belt where LSC will have no chance in south belt (sic).”
Earlier, the makers of KGF: Chapter 2 and Prabhas’s Salaar had announced that the respective films will be clashing at the box office on April 14, 2022.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh posted on social media revealing that April 14, 2022, will witness the clash of Laal Singh Chaddha and KGF: Chapter 2. He wrote, “LSC' VERSUS 'KGF2': THE BIGGG CLASH... 14 April 2022 will witness the clash of the two biggies: #LaalSinghChaddha and #KGF2... #AamirKhan versus #Yash (sic).”

KGF: Chapter 2 is directed by Prashanth Neel. The film stars Yash, Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon and Srinidhi Shetty in the main roles.
