COVID second wave hits Bollywood! Another two actors tests COVID-19 positive

Mumbai, April 05: After Alia Bhatt, Akshay Kumar, Govinda, actors Vicky Kaushal and Bhumi Pednekar have tested positive for COVID-19. With that, it seems like the second wave of the covid -19 virus has hit the Bollywood industry.

 

Both Bhumi and Vicky have been working on Shashank Khaitan’s film, Mr. Lele.

 

“I have tested positive for COVID-19. As of today, I have mild symptoms, but am feeling ok and have isolated myself. I am following the protocol given by my doctor and health professionals,” Bhumi wrote in a note. She asked every who has been in contact with her to get themselves tested immediately.

 

 

 

Just like Bhumi. Vicky too asked those who may have been in his physical proximity in the last few days, to get themselves tested Vicky Kaushal also confirmed his diagnosis in a social media post. “In spite of all care and precautions, unfortunately, I have tested positive for COVID-19. Following all essential protocols, I am under home quarantine, taking medication as prescribed by my doctor. I request all those who came in contact with me to immediately get tested. Take care and stay safe,” he wrote.

 

 

 

Earlier, Akshay Kumar was also tested positive for the virus on Sunday Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar has been hospitalised as a precautionary measure after testing positive for coronavirus. “Thank you, everyone, for all your warm wishes and prayers, they seem to be working I am doing fine, but as a precautionary measure under medical advice, I have been hospitalised. I hope to be back home soon. Take care,” the actor wrote on Twitter.

 

 

 

A day after actor Akshay Kumar tested positive, 45 crew members of his upcoming Bollywood film Ram Setu have tested positive for the contagion.
