Goa, September 22: In a tragic incident, young Marathi actress Ishwari Deshpande died in a car accident while traveling to Goa. The 25-year-old actress was travelling with her friend Shubham Dadge who also died on the spot.
The reports further claimed that the duo died due to drowning as the car had been centrally locked when it took a plunge into the creek.
They had gone for a holiday to Goa on September 15. The duo’s close friends claimed that the two were in love and were planning on getting engaged next month. Ishwari was a resident of Kirkatwadi in Pune while Shubham stayed in the Nanded City Area.
Reports say that the incident happened occurred at 5 am, when their vehicle crashed near Hadfade village in Bardez Taluka, Goa. It then plunged into the Baga Creek. Deshpande, along with her friend Dagda, died on the spot. The actress had recently shot Hindi and Marathi films.
The reports further claimed that the duo died due to drowning as the car had been centrally locked when it took a plunge into the creek.
Deshpande was also preparing for her big debut film with Sunil Chauthmal’s ‘Premache Side Effects’.
