A charge sheet has been filed by National Investigation Agency (NIA) against main accused Sachin Waze, former "encounter specialist" Pradeep Sharma and a few former police officers who were also accused in the case.

Mumbai, Sept3: A charge sheet has been filed by National Investigation Agency (NIA) against main accused Sachin Waze, former 'encounter specialist' Pradeep Sharma and a few former police officers who were also accused in the case.
A defence lawyer said that the charge sheet has been filed 2 days prior to the end of the 30 days extension granted by the honourable court to complete the process.
On February 25, this year, an explosives-laden SUV was discovered near the south Mumbai home of businessman Mukesh Ambani. Mansukh Hiran, a Thane businessman who claimed to be in possession of the SUV, was discovered dead in a Thane stream on March 5.
Former police officer Sachin Waze was the main accused in the case where an SUV full of explosives was found out of the house of Buissnesman Mukesh Ambani’s famous house called ‘Antilia’ and ‘Mansukh Hiran’, a Thane-based businessman who claimed ownership of the SUV, was discovered dead in a creek in Thane on March 5.
