She was rushed to the hospital on Tuesday morning, reportedly. The niece of the singer, Richa informed about the same and said currently, she is undergoing treatment at the intensive care unit (ICU) of Mumbai’s Breach Candy hospital. She is being treated by Dr. Prateet Samdani and the team.

The doyen of singing was earlier admitted to Mumbai's Breach Candy hospital on November 11, 2019, after she complained of breathlessness.
